WASHING Strainer | FOREIGN MATERIAL SEPARATION The washout sieve is used to clean bulk materials using flotation by reliably separating low-density foreign bodies (e.g. wood/aggregate, waste/aggregate, shredding residue, etc.) from the product. Equipped with spray ramps, the system combines the process steps of separation, washing and dewatering. Floating foreign substances are removed via an overflow, while the contaminated washing water is collected in a static collecting basin.
