Giratory sieve | Precise grain classification for powders and granules The SIFT® Tamiseur giratoire is a rectangular sieving device with horizontal, gyratoric movement, developed for the fine granulometric selection of powders and granules. It is suitable for almost all industries, including chemicals, food, fine metallurgy, sand processing, wood and sawmilling industries. The screen box is set in a uniform gyration movement via a single or double balanced eccentric drive, which is arranged below the screen deck. This movement ensures a homogeneous product distribution over the entire sieve surface and a high degree of separation.

- The SIFT®'s gyratoric motion is ideal for sieving fibrous, felt-like and fine powdery products.
- The almost complete absence of vertical movement significantly reduces perforation effects (“piquage”) and screen blockages.
- Changing the sieve is significantly simplified and accelerated by the optional pneumatic opening system - ideal for frequent product changes.
- Horizontal, circular giration movement
- Even product distribution over the entire sieve area
- Product transport from inlet to outlet through low sieve inclination (1°30 / 2°30 / 3° depending on the application)
- Throughput: 10 kg/h to 5 t/h
